    And, what is the rate of interest that will be levied? What procedure should be followed to obtain one's dues from the PDA ie the Bank?

    When I recently approached my PDA (the SBI) for ascertaining and paying the interest on delayed payment of gratuity to me, I was coolly told to correspond with PCDA(P) in this regard. Is there any additional authority regarding the procedure to be followed and the rate of interest to be claimed?
