Can Maj Navdeep guide us regarding future course of action in r/o nonclaimant of CEA claim in r/o our children studying in KV School? CDA has returned our claims in the pretext that charges under the heading "VIDYALYA VIKAS NIDHI" are not admissible, vide GOI letter dt Feb 2009, and KV School is not giving monthly tution fee cert, but charging monthly tution fees as "VIDYALYA VIKAS NIDHI" charges, thus depriving us of our legitimate CEA claims.Maj Navdeep pl guide us regarding future coure of action.
Posting Husband and wife together in a station will meet all the aims as specified in the letter. However will our M S Branch be also moved my this reasonable suggestion.Here the general feeling is that if a person is posted to his or her desired place even if suites the organisation it should not be done because then the person will not work.
We are a both in Army and married for the past 15 yrs. Though, we managed to stay together so far, our org made us sweat and cry for at least 4-6 months every time and ultimately we need to apch someone higher up for getting it done.
Please clarify whether we can quote this letter a an auth in future? And if it is denied on Adm grounds (as always being done), what is the way out? Whom should we go and cry?
what crime those officers have done whose wives are not working in indian army. all offrs should be treated n terms equally whether women or men in terms of postings to siachin /sopore/peace station
We seem to have forgotten issue of status vis a vis civilian counterparts altogether. Is it possible for u to throw some light on -
status of high powered committee constituted for the purpose.
reasons for non implementation of non functional upgradation like for gp A services for defence services.
Can a comparative table giving monetary benefits received by civilian gp A officers wef 01 jan 06 on account of non functional upgradation to the same scale after two years after promotion of any one in any gp A service be given and the effect on their pay hereafter vis vis defence service officers due to this non functional upgradation.

dear Maj Navdeep, My wife is an employee of Air India And is based at Mumbai. I have applied for a choice posting to Ms branch bu t have been straight away refused quoting no reason. I have just finished almost 3 yrs in Rashtria Rifles. i have a small 1 yr old kid to look after and my wife 's job doesn't permit that. Coul u pl help whetheer this lettr can be quoted as auth for getting spouse posting. I guess Air India comes under PSU?

They can also be posted to Siachen/sopore, but post them together.That's all.
