As
reported by the media, there has been some movement on the implementation of
the recommendations of the Committee of Experts established by the Raksha
Mantri on litigation and improving the system of redressal of grievances.

ReplyDeleteThis is to submit that in Army, officers are having unbridled power to punish, there is no appeal forum, now armed forces tribunal has come to salvage us, every thing whether it is grievances or concerning cause of all serving soldier with regard to pay and allowances, any discrepancy is observed, it must be addressed with minimum delay , a very good and positive step to fulfil our genuine demand

ReplyDeleteSir, The expert Committed did a fine job with practical recommendations but whether these shall have any ground affect is seriously doubted having seen the prevailing attitude and mindset of people concerned,only wish recommendations are implemented on on ground. ReplyDeleteThe report says 34 proposal has been accepted. Unfortunately , there is no description of these 34 accepted recommendation. If sir , it is disclosed it will be relief to all those covered under such proposal

ReplyDeletePLEASE UPLOAD NOTIFICATION/ORDERS OF DEFENCE MINISTER DATED 08.08.2016 REGARDING RATIONALISATION OF GRANT OF MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE TO ESTRANGED WIVES OF DEFENCE PERSONNEL AS THE SAME IS NOT AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE OF MINISTRY OF DEFENCE. THE SAME ARE REQUIRED SO THAT DEFENCE PERSONNEL ARE NOT HARASSED UNNECESSARILY.
